SMS and Mobile Messaging
When you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent checkbox on any SirenRelay web form, you are opting in to receive text messages from SirenRelay. This section describes how we handle mobile messaging data.
How We Collect Consent
SMS opt-in consent is collected exclusively through explicit, affirmative action — specifically, by checking an unchecked checkbox on our web forms at sirenrelay.com/signup and sirenrelay.com/contact. The checkbox is never pre-checked. Submitting a form without checking the consent box will not result in you receiving SMS messages. SMS consent is entirely optional and is not required to submit any form or complete a purchase.
What Messages You May Receive
If you opt in, SirenRelay may send you the following types of SMS messages:
- Account setup and onboarding notifications
- Service updates and platform alerts
- Appointment and follow-up reminders
- Responses to inquiries submitted through our contact form
- Follow-up communications about SirenRelay services
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity and the nature of your inquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from SirenRelay. You will receive a single confirmation message and will receive no further SMS communications unless you re-subscribe. You may also contact us at support@sirenrelay.com to request removal from SMS communications.
How to Get Help
Reply HELP to any SirenRelay SMS message for assistance. You may also contact support@sirenrelay.com or visit sirenrelay.com/contact.
Mobile Data Sharing
No mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent data, or any mobile messaging information will be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. This is an absolute prohibition and applies to all mobile data collected through SirenRelay's website and services.
Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
SMS consent is never required as a condition of purchasing SirenRelay services. You may sign up for and use SirenRelay without opting in to SMS communications.
Plain English: We will only text you if you check the box and ask us to. We will never sell your phone number. You can stop messages any time by replying STOP.
