Can I cancel the monthly plan anytime?+
Yes. The monthly plan has no commitment — cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. The 6-month plan is billed upfront for the full term and does not include partial refunds for unused time.
What happens to my calls if I cancel?+
Your AI agent will stop handling calls at the end of your billing period. Your call data remains on the SirenRelay platform. Dashboard access is revoked upon cancellation.
Do you offer a free trial?+
We don't offer a self-serve trial, but we do offer a live demo where you can hear the AI agent handle a real call for your business. Book a demo and we'll set it up within 24 hours.
