Is SirenRelay a real person or a robot?

SirenRelay is an AI voice agent — not a human. However, our AI is designed to sound natural, conversational, and professional. Most callers engage comfortably without friction. The agent can handle complex conversations, respond to interruptions, and adapt to the caller's pace.

How long does setup take?

Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee. Your first payment covers everything needed to configure and launch your AI voice agent. We absorb the onboarding cost because we're confident you'll see value quickly.

Do I need to install any software?

No. SirenRelay is fully cloud-based. Everything runs through our platform — there's nothing to install, download, or maintain. You access your dashboard, call data, and analytics through your web browser.

Can I customize what the AI says?

Yes. During onboarding, we configure your AI agent with scripts and responses tailored to your business — including your company name, services, hours, pricing, and booking rules. You can update these at any time.

How much does SirenRelay cost?

SirenRelay costs $500 per month on the monthly plan. If you commit to a 6-month term, the price drops to $450 per month (billed as a $2,700 lump sum), saving you $300. See our pricing page for full details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The monthly plan has no commitment — cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. The 6-month plan is billed upfront for the full term and does not include partial refunds for unused time.

Is there a free trial?

We don't offer a self-serve free trial. However, we do offer a live demo where you can hear the AI agent handle a real call configured for your business. Book a demo and we'll set it up within 24 hours.

What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment is declined, we'll retry the charge and notify you. If payment remains unpaid, access to the service may be suspended until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for all charges during your active term.

Is SirenRelay cheaper than hiring a receptionist?

What happens if a caller wants to speak to a real person?

Does SirenRelay record calls?

Yes. SirenRelay records calls and generates AI transcripts. You can access recordings and transcripts through your dashboard during your active subscription. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with call recording laws in your jurisdiction. SirenRelay provides automated consent disclosure tools.

Who owns the call data?

All data generated through the SirenRelay platform — including call recordings, transcripts, and analytics — is owned by SirenRelay. During your active subscription, you have full access to view and use this data through your dashboard. See our Terms of Service for complete details.

Is my data secure?

Yes. SirenRelay uses encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments to protect your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on our security practices.

Does SirenRelay sell my data?

No. SirenRelay does not sell your personally identifiable information or your callers' personally identifiable information to third parties for their independent commercial use.

How do I get help if something goes wrong?

All SirenRelay customers have access to email support. 6-month plan customers receive priority response times. Contact our support team at support@sirenrelay.com and we'll respond within 24 hours (typically much sooner).

Can I update my AI agent's scripts after launch?

Yes. You can request script updates, add new responses, or change booking rules at any time by contacting your account manager or support. Changes are typically live within 24–48 hours.

What happens to my calls if I cancel?

Your AI agent stops handling calls at the end of your billing period. Your dashboard access is revoked upon cancellation. Continued access to platform data following cancellation is at SirenRelay's discretion.
